Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced technology risk professional to translate policy requirements into practical, auditable procedures across technology groups. You will bridge policy and operations, collaborating with Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit to ensure clear, executable procedures.

You will facilitate agile delivery across engineering squads, maintaining procedures that are traceable, compliant, and audit-ready in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management, IT Compliance, IT Audit, or related areas.
• Ability to translate policy language into executable procedures and evidence requirements.
• Experience documenting controls, risks, operating processes, and governance activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interviewing, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document operational procedures aligned with technology risk policies, standards, and control requirements.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable steps, roles, approvals, evidence, and escalation processes.
• Conduct process reviews, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to document current and target state processes.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure procedures are risk-aligned and feasible.
• Support audit and regulatory readiness by ensuring procedures are complete, traceable, and defensible.
• Facilitate procedure reviews, approvals, and ongoing maintenance.
