Synechron is seeking an experienced Technology Risk Governance Consultant in Strongsville, OH to transform complex risk policies into practical, audit-ready procedures. You will partner with Technology, InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to strengthen governance and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role emphasizes delivering clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across risk and controls.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk & Controls, or IT audit.
- Ability to translate policies into actionable workflows.
- Experience documenting technology risks, controls, and governance processes.
- Knowledge of IAM/MFA, ITSM, SDLC, Change/Incident Management, Disaster Recovery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain procedures aligned with TRM policies and controls.
- Translate policies into actionable workflows, including roles, approvals, evidence requirements, and escalation paths.
- Lead stakeholder interviews and working sessions to document current and target-state processes.
- Partner across Technology, InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit.
- Support audit and regulatory readiness through clear, traceable documentation.
- Identify process gaps and drive reviews and improvements.
