Job summary

Synechron seeks a technology risk professional to translate policy requirements into practical, auditable procedures. You will document controls, risks, and governance activities, collaborating across Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure feasible procedures in a regulated environment.

The role supports agile delivery across engineering squads, with a base salary aligned to geography (Dallas, Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Birmingham, Phoenix, Aurora) at $95K–$100K

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management or IT Audit
Ability to translate policy requirements into auditable procedures
Experience documenting controls, risks, and governance activities

Responsibilities

Develop and document procedures aligned with risk policies and control requirements
Translate policy language into executable procedures with responsibilities and evidence requirements
Collaborate with Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Audit teams to ensure risk-aligned procedures
