Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management, Information Security Governance, IT Compliance, IT Audit, or Process/Procedure Documentation.
• Ability to translate policy language into executable procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Experience collaborating across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document procedures that align with risk policies, standards, and controls.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable steps, roles, approvals, evidence, and escalation processes.
• Conduct process reviews, stakeholder interviews, and sessions to document current and target state processes.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure procedures are risk-aligned and feasible.
• Support audit and regulatory readiness by ensuring procedures are complete, traceable, and defensible.
• Facilitate procedure reviews, approvals, and ongoing maintenance.
