Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk Assurance Lead to strengthen Global Technology's risk posture within Technology Operations and Incident & Event Management.

You will define control requirements, assess risks, and partner with stakeholders across lines of business to improve regulatory compliance and controls effectiveness. The role emphasizes analytics-driven assurance, AI governance, and executive-level communication to translate technical findings into business impact.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on tech risk assurance concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience with technology systems and cyber or technology risk management activities.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO, FFIEC, and GDPR.
• Knowledge of AI risk governance and data security.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain technology control requirements with stakeholders.
• Apply risk and control expertise across Change Management, Incident Management, and Event Management.
• Build partnerships with security officers, assessment teams, and product leads.
• Prepare risk assessments, findings, and recommendations with clear documentation.
• Govern, monitor, and evaluate control effectiveness and improvements.
• Develop analytics-driven assurance approaches for risk identification and mitigation.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and reporting.
