Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Tech Risk and Controls Lead to identify and mitigate technology risks while guiding process owners to maintain compliant and effective controls across the organization.

You will partner with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, regulators and 2nd Line of Defense to build a comprehensive view of risk posture and drive innovative risk-management solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in data security, risk assessment & reporting, control evaluation and governance.
• Ability to influence executive-level decisions and translate tech insights into business strategies.
• Experience using AI tools to conduct risk analysis and generate risk insights.
• Ability to analyze large data sets to identify concerns and report to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, and data officers for cross-functional collaboration.
• Govern and report on controls, policies, issue management and measurements for senior management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
