Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to identify and mitigate technology risks, ensure controls operate effectively, and guide governance in cybersecurity. You will provide expert guidance to process owners and regulators, shaping the risk posture across the organization.

The role requires deep knowledge of risk frameworks, data security and regulatory requirements, with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage a diverse team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial/regulatory requirements.
• Proficient knowledge in data security, risk assessment & reporting, control evaluation and governance.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and translate technology insights into business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate and manage technology risk with focus on root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Build trusted partnerships with LOB technologists, assessments teams and data officers to enable cross-functional progress.
• Lead reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management and measurements for senior management insights.
• Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve risk posture and regulatory compliance.
