Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in risk management, internal controls, auditing, or regulatory roles.
• Ability to communicate with executives and manage projects.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments and KPI development across the business line.
• Support risk initiatives including RCSA, control testing, and issue remediation.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive risk awareness and adherence to frameworks and policies.
• Conduct internal control testing and monitor control effectiveness; escalate deficiencies.
• Liaise with regulators, internal audit, and risk governance reviews.
