Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in financial services, fintech, payments, audit, regulatory management or risk management.
• Experience with Global Compliance & Operational Risk program from 1st/2nd line perspective.
• Excellent communication and influence at executive level.
• Experience with AI tools for risk assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and effectiveness of FLU processes and controls to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide independent compliance and risk oversight of FLU/CF performance and third-party relationships.
• Identify and escalate issues and drive actions to address root causes of risk.
• Monitor and review Front-Line Unit processes, risks, and controls.
• Develop independent risk management reporting for governance routines.
• Analyze laws and regulations to provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to Global Technology policies and standards.
• Inline review of ITGPST issue management and remediation activities.
