Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior risk leader in Pennington, NJ to join the second line of defense, overseeing compliance and operational risk for Global Operations Technology and related platforms.

You will translate policies into practical guidance, challenge Front-Line Units and vendors, and drive timely risk mitigation. Collaboration with CIO orgs and strong communication with executives are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Desired).
• Experience with AI risk and GCOR programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses risks and effectiveness of FLU/CF processes and controls for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provides independent compliance and operational risk oversight of FLU/CF performance and third-party relationships.
• Identifies and escalates problems and drives root-cause actions to mitigate risk.
• Performs inline review of ITGPST issue management and remediation of regulatory issues.
• Monitors risk-related metrics and reports violations of compliance or regulatory activity.
