Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support technology talent acquisition across our medical device business in Raleigh. The role focuses on delivering top-tier talent, building strong partnerships with HR and hiring leaders, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years of full-cycle recruiting in an RPO or corporate TA environment, with experience in software/mobile or embedded engineering, and preferably Workday ATS

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with an Expertise supporting Technology hiring, specifically software (mobile) or embedded engineering.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
