Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business. The role involves identifying top-tier talent and partnering with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

We expect a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of full-cycle recruiting in an RPO or corporate TA environment, and familiarity with Workday ATS. Join us to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting Technology hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
