Taylor Strategy Partners in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business.

You will deliver top-tier talent, collaborate with HR and hiring leaders, and manage a seamless candidate experience using Workday ATS in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in RPO or corporate TA, tech hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver top-tier Life Science/TM talent for technology roles.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing tools to optimize pipeline visibility.

We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver top-tier talent to accelerate hiring goals.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience.
• Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing technologies to optimize workflow and pipeline visibility.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting Technology hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
