TSP Talent Solutions, a Syneos Health Company, is seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business. This role focuses on identifying top talent and delivering a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-moving environment.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an RPO or corporate TA setting, with experience in technology hiring and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting technology hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
