Taylor Strategy Partners seeks a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition across our medical device segment. In Dallas, you will identify top talent, partner with HR and leaders, and manage candidate experiences using Workday ATS in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting in an RPO or corporate TA environment, with tech hiring experience (software/mobile or embedded).
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.

We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and deliver top-tier talent to accelerate hiring goals.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience.
• Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing technologies to optimize workflow and pipeline visibility.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with an expertise supporting Technology hiring, specifically software (mobile) or embedded engineering.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
