Leo A Daly is seeking a Practice Lead to steer the technical direction and growth of a discipline-based practice. The role requires guiding design teams, shaping standards, and fostering cross-market collaboration to deliver high-quality architectural engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning, mentor staff, and participate in client interviews, marketing, and business development to advance the firm’s practice goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) registrations preferred.
• CTS/CTS-D or RCDD credentials are a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in A/E technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and discipline advancement for the Practice.
• Lead standards development, quality control, and process improvements within the Practice.
• Drive business development, marketing, and client interviews.
• Mentor engineers and designers for professional growth.
• Manage cross-discipline collaboration and project delivery quality.
