Job summary

LEO A DALY LLC in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Practice Lead to provide high‑level technical leadership across the discipline. You will direct designs, mentor teammates, and collaborate with senior leadership to set growth objectives and strategic direction.

You will help establish practice standards, guide quality control, and drive one‑firm collaboration across pursuits and delivery, while engaging in marketing, proposals, and client interviews to advance the practice.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Technology engineering across varied project types in the A/E industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ team management experience.
• Professional Engineer Registration required; CTS/CTS-D or RCDD preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of codes and standards (BICSI, TIA, ASIS, AVIXA).
• Experience producing deliverable drawing sets using Revit.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and advancement of the Discipline Practice.
• Lead Practice standards, quality control, and master specifications development.
• Act as face and overall leader of the Practice; mentor teammates.
• Support business development, proposals, and client interviews.
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and project governance.
