Job summary

LEO A DALY in Dallas seeks a Practice Lead to drive technical leadership and growth across the Discipline Practice. You will collaborate with Senior Director and Director of Engineering to define objectives, guide designs, mentor teammates, and align delivery with market needs. You will lead standards, governance, and business development, including proposals, client interviews, and strategic planning, while traveling as required to support projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology engineering across multiple project types.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required; CTS/CTS‑D or RCDD preferred.
• Strong knowledge of codes and industry standards (BICSI, TIA, AVIXA).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and advancement of the Discipline Practice.
• Lead establishment and enforcement of Practice standards, quality control, and procedures.
• Drive business development activities including marketing, proposals, and client interviews.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers; coordinate with Market Team Leads.
• Travel for business development and project-related activities as required.
