Job summary

LEO A DALY is seeking a Practice Lead to guide the Discipline Practice with strategic direction, technical leadership, and mentorship. You will direct designs, support business development, engage in client interviews, and collaborate with market leadership to advance growth objectives.

You will establish standards, chair meetings, manage budgets, mentor staff, and promote a one-firm approach across pursuits and deliveries. Travel for project activities and business development will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Minimum 15+ years' experience in Technology engineering on a wide variety of project types within the A/E industry.
• Minimum 5+ years' team management experience.
• Professional Engineer Registration required. Strong preference for CTS/CTS-D credential and/or RCDD certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice's technical leadership, standards, and growth initiatives.
• Direct design activities and mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Develop business opportunities, client interviews, and proposals.
• Coordinate with Senior Director and Directors to drive market growth.
