Job summary

MaineIT is seeking a Technology Policy and Programs Manager in Augusta to lead policy and program delivery across digital accessibility, IT policy, and procurements. You will engage stakeholders, set performance expectations, and coach staff within the Office of Information Technology.

The role requires guiding multiple service delivery functions, managing compliance with WCAG/DOJ-ADA, and communicating changes to partners both inside and outside the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in application system analysis or programming with supervisory exposure.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus three years in a similar role with supervisory experience.
• Master’s Degree plus one year of experience in analysis with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Update OIT policies and oversee the Policy Team.
• Coordinate accessibility resources and reviews.
• Review digital accessibility waivers and policies.
• Maintain outreach to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop training content on digital accessibility.
