Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) is seeking an Analyst, Technology Performance to measure and mature the performance management function within its Technology & Security unit. You will develop, enhance, and support scorecards, dashboards, analytics, and reporting used by Technology leadership to inform decisions and improve operational effectiveness.

This role enables leadership through meaningful metrics, data stewardship, and reporting that align with enterprise priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Three+ years of experience developing KPIs, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, or performance reporting processes.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve scorecards, dashboards, processes, templates, and performance tools.
• Lead the lifecycle of the TS BU scorecard including metric definition, data sourcing, calculations, visualizations, and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with TS leaders to identify KPIs and translate needs into measurable outcomes.
• Provide governance and consultative support for department scorecards to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Deliver performance insights for CIO and senior leadership, including executive reporting.
• Serve as Data Steward for TS performance data, ensuring accuracy and governance compliance.
• Support transition of performance data to modern data platforms and evolving enterprise data practices.
• Coordinate and support BU budgeting processes and funding requests.
• Collaborate across TS to connect technology metrics to business outcomes.
• Ensure reliable results through ownership, judgment, communication, and continuous improvement.
