Specialty Building Products seeks a Technology & Data Analytics Manager to deliver reliable dashboards and insights for operations leaders. You will own reports, improve data quality, and drive process automation that supports faster, better decisions.

In this role, you will translate complex technical findings into actionable business recommendations, partner with IT and regional specialists, and help maintain governance over metrics and data access across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards.
• Ability to explain numbers to non-technical leaders.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities to save time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operations dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Define KPI logic and ensure consistent reporting.
• Improve data quality and fix data issues.
• Automate repetitive reporting to save time and reduce errors.
• Evaluate and support digital tools for operations.
• Translate findings into clear business actions.
• Partner with IT and regional teams on data and tech projects.
• Maintain data governance and metric definitions.
