Outcomes is seeking a Performance Analytics Analyst to develop and maintain operational performance reporting across Clinical Services. You will partner with leaders to transform data into actionable insights, support KPI governance, and drive dashboards and self-service reporting that improve productivity, quality, and outcomes.

• Develop, maintain, and standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodologies.
• Own operational scorecards, reporting packages, and KPI documentation.
• Validate reporting outputs and identify data quality concerns.
• Design and maintain dashboards across BI tools.
• Automate recurring reports and improve usability.
