Job summary

Millennium is seeking a People Business Partner to collaborate with Technology leaders and drive people initiatives aligned with business priorities. You will coach leaders, diagnose workforce needs, and deliver programs across performance, leadership development, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
• 4-7 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally with Technology roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leaders, managers, and employees to implement people initiatives that strengthen engagement, team effectiveness, performance, productivity, and retention
• Coach and advise leaders on people matters, helping them identify priorities, build organizational capability, and improve individual and team performance
• Develop a strong understanding of the Technology organization, including its business priorities, operating environment, workforce needs, and talent objectives
• Use employee and workforce data to identify trends, diagnose people-related challenges, and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Apply AI-enabled tools and creative problem-solving to improve decision-making, enhance HR processes, and increase the impact of people initiatives
• Lead and support core HR programs and processes, including performance management, talent and leadership development, and continuous feedback
• Partner across the broader HR function, including regional HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Experience, Global Mobility, Benefits, and Compensation, to deliver coordinated support to the business
