Job summary

Millennium is seeking an Equities People Business Partner in New York to partner with leaders, manage programs, and drive engagement and performance across the Equities organization.

You will coach leaders, analyze workforce data, and translate insights into practical recommendations, applying AI-enabled tools to enhance HR processes and decision-making. The role reports to the Human Resources Department and offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally supporting technology professionals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Equities leaders to implement people initiatives improving engagement and retention.
• Coach leaders on priorities and organizational capability to boost performance.
• Develop understanding of Equities business priorities and talent objectives.
