Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years in technology operations or related tech support roles.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements in tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers day-to-day operational support for technology platforms, infrastructure, and systems to maintain production stability and performance.
• Administers and supports hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology following established procedures.
• Coordinates routine operational activities with other tech teams and escalates complex issues accordingly.
• Monitors system performance, alerts, and queues, and escalates more complex problems to appropriate teams.
