Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, eng. management, business, IT, finance, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project/program management or related area.
• Alternatively, 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, baselines, and risk mitigation.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive technology delivery and alignment.
• Provide insights on technology trends and operational improvements.
• Develop processes that improve throughput and quality toward strategic goals.
