Integral Care in Texas seeks a Technology Operations Coordinator to provide advanced administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Technology Team. You will manage technology procurement, asset records, and vendor coordination to enable strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible administrative or operational support experience.
• Experience supporting senior management.
• Experience coordinating technology procurement, vendor interactions, or financial documentation.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office technologies including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Technology Team.
• Coordinate technology procurement activities, asset tracking, and inventory management.
• Reconcile departmental credit card expenses and maintain purchasing documentation.
• Assist with technology asset lifecycle management and reporting.
