Job summary

Avita Care Solutions is seeking an operations leader to own IT procurement, asset management, and secure disposition across a multi-site healthcare organization from its AvitaCare Atlanta clinic. This hands-on, working-manager role requires on-floor warehouse oversight, dashboards, vendor negotiations, and quarterly improvements to reduce manual steps while keeping data accurate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT procurement or IT asset management.
• Experience managing reseller relationships and pricing commitments.
• Experience operating a physical IT warehouse or staging facility.
• Strong inventory fundamentals: reorder quantities, cycle counting, reconciliation.
• Hands-on IT asset disposition including chain-of-custody.
• Comfort operating IT service management platforms and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and sourcing; manage orders with resellers and ensure pricing/lead times compliance.
• Run Avita’s IT warehouse operations end to end: receiving, staging, storage, rotation, and outbound shipping.
• Maintain asset lifecycle data integrity; run reconciliations and audits for Finance and Security.
• Own secure asset disposition including destruction-certificate timelines and vendor escalation.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships; scorecards; invoice validation and discrepancy resolution.
• Publish performance dashboards; coordinate with IT leadership on platform configuration and automation.
• Lead a small Atlanta warehouse team; contribute to annual IT budget planning and spend reporting.
