Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Tempe, AZ. The role is Hybrid Onsite (3 days on site, 2 days remote). You will提供 first-level infrastructure support, triage, and incident resolution across enterprise servers, storage, and related components.

• Proficiency with server hardware, SAN, NAS, and storage technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, Unix/Linux) and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with incident management in a large-scale enterprise setting, using tools like ServiceNow.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform rapid troubleshooting and escalations.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range*: Between $40 - $45 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
