Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst I to monitor and maintain the Bank’s systems, servers, and applications. You will assist with data processing, analysis, and reporting as assigned.

This role requires 2+ years in application, server, or network support, and a technology degree or related certifications. Occasional non-traditional shifts and teamwork with IT are required to ensure service reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in application, server, or network support.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Associate degree in a technology field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, outages, and performance alerts promptly.
• Prioritize incidents per business requirements and impact.
• Monitor servers, storage, backups, OS, and core apps.
• Document actions per company policies and procedures.
• Notify customers and third parties about issues and status.
