Job summary

Woodforest National Bank seeks an Enterprise Client System Administrator I to manage and maintain client infrastructure across desktops, tablets, laptops, and VDI. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement new solutions to meet service levels.

The role requires 3–7 years in a tech support environment, with enterprise-level client platforms and some banking experience preferred. This is a full-time onsite position in Texas.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in technology support in a virtualized environment.
• 3–7 years of experience administering or supporting enterprise-level client platforms.
• Banking/financial services experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages client-related technology across the environment; monitors daily performance and maintains stability.
• Diagnoses and resolves performance issues and incidents related to the client infrastructure.
• Researches current and emerging technologies to evaluate, develop, and implement new solutions that meet service-level objectives.
• Cross trains to serve as backup resource to team members.
• Performs other job related duties or special projects as assigned.
