Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s with extensive experience in mechanical engineering.
- Hands-on and leadership experience in technical programs or R&D in mechanical design, inspection, or manufacturing.
- Direct management of 3+ engineers or scientists and coaching to grow the team.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the technology portfolio across mechanical design, inspection technologies and advanced manufacturing.
- Lead early-stage technology development from concept to transition to the business units.
- Develop multi-generational technology roadmaps aligning with product and manufacturing goals.
- Collaborate with Chief Engineers and senior leaders to align durability strategy with enterprise goals.
