Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information will be required

Responsibilities

• Design & Analysis: mechanical design and analysis (stress, modal, lifing) for gas turbines, steam, generators, and accessory systems
• Technical Stewardship: validate designs, assess thermal growth and assembly stack-up
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, manufacturing and sourcing teams
• Continuous Improvement: lead RCA, apply Lean to improve processes and drive innovation
• Project Delivery: manage milestones through technical reviews and NPIs
• Mentorship: coach team members and liaise with Principal and Chief Engineers
