Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks an IT Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training on the firm’s software and productivity tools. You will act as educator, coach, and materials designer to boost personal and team productivity across U.S.

offices, with occasional travel and remote delivery. You will develop curricula, reference guides, and end-user documentation, ensure effective use of Microsoft Office 365 and related apps, and collaborate with IT and business process

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of experience providing computer applications training in a medium-to-large professional services firm.
• Experience training partners and lawyers is strongly preferred.
• Microsoft certification for Office 365 at expert/master level is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on firm software via Zoom/MS Teams, in-person, or deskside coaching.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, FAQs, and e-learning content.
• Plan curricula, schedules, evaluation criteria, and attendance in the LMS.
• Adapt training to business needs in collaboration with department heads.
• Provide floor support and second-tier assistance for complex tasks.
