Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep software engineering experience with multi‑team leadership.
• Proven ability to hire and develop senior engineers and engineering leaders.
• Experience scaling engineering orgs in high‑growth environments.
• Strong cloud‑based architectures, DevOps, and distributed systems.
• Track record shipping data‑driven or AI‑enabled features.
• Experience owning QA standards and secure, compliant systems.
• Excellent people leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities
