Qualifications

• Deep experience in software engineering and senior leadership of multi‑team organizations.
• Proven experience leading engineering managers and building team structures, leveling frameworks, and operating models.
• Track record of shipping data‑driven or AI‑enabled features into production.
• Experience owning quality assurance and the standards and practices that keep what a team ships reliable.
• Ownership mindset for technology safety and security, with experience building secure systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises engineering managers and senior contributors; responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance.
• Set the engineering organization structure and standards; ensure alignment with product roadmaps and user outcomes.
• Lead architecture and technical direction across platform, ensuring security, scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with data, product, marketing, and exec leadership to translate strategy into execution.
