Qualifications

• Deep experience in software engineering and senior leadership of multi-team organizations.
• Proven experience leading engineering managers and building team structures and operating models.
• Experience in building secure, scalable cloud-based systems and shipping data/AI features.

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing engineering team and develop it, focusing on durable systems and user outcomes.
• Own the engineering organization structure and growth to match product roadmap needs.
• Set standards for quality, delivery, and security across teams and partner with PMs and data teams.
