Job summary

The officer will oversee IT infrastructure, website and learning platforms, CRM systems, and donor tools, driving innovation and collaboration with staff, partners, and volunteers while stewarding the technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/MIS; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in nonprofit tech, digital transformation.
• Experience with website management, CRM systems, cloud tools, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.
• Commitment to data ethics, privacy, and survivor-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with mission.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, websites, and data tools.
• Lead data protection policies and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Support digital learning, webinars, and evaluation tools.
• Manage technology vendors and the technology budget.
