Job summary

The Fortune Society is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the agency's technical direction. The CTO will supervise IT operations, drive cost-effective and secure technology solutions, and work with executives to align technology with Fortune’s mission and client outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing the Case Worthy system, EHR interoperability, data governance, and risk management, while guiding the IT team and budgeting efforts within the Information and Technology unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
• 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience with database structure/analysis and business process interpretation.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of IT services in a secure, efficient manner.
• Lead strategic IT direction and technology roadmap.
• Manage Client Management System (Case Worthy) and EHR interoperability.
• Ensure security, disaster recovery, and data governance across Fortune.
