Qualifications

• Eight to ten years in technology leadership, with 3–5 years at director level.
• Proven experience managing multi‑stakeholder initiatives and budgets.
• Experience evaluating tech stacks and driving scalable architecture.
• Experience with CRM and cloud collaboration tools is essential.
• Hands‑on AI tool adoption, training, and risk management.
• Strong communication to non‑tech leaders and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Point's multi‑year technology roadmap and strategy.
• Lead AI adoption and change management across the org.
• Manage technology budget, vendors, and vendor performance metrics.
• Advise on data governance, CRM strategy, and cyber security.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, security, and business continuity.
• Translate technical decisions for non‑technical stakeholders.
