Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent job experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leaders to understand business priorities, organizational dynamics, and talent needs, and translate them into practical people strategies and actions.
• Support the execution of enterprise and business-unit HR priorities in ways that strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Consult with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent movement, performance, and change management to support business outcomes.
• Coach leaders and managers on team effectiveness, employee engagement, development, and accountability in alignment with Southern Company values and expectations.
• Use data, trends, and organizational insight to identify issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions that improve retention, capability, and business performance.
• Partner closely with HR Centers of Expertise, including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Inclusion, to deliver integrated solutions that support business goals.
• Collaborate across the broader HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of HR programs, processes, and employee support.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources
