Job summary

Southern Company Services is seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner to support the Technology organization as a trusted advisor to managers, supervisors and teams. Based in downtown Atlanta, GA, this role combines HR expertise with business partnership to translate priorities into people strategies.

The successful candidate will coach leaders, work on workforce planning and organizational design, and collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent job experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, including advisory roles for leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Support leadership capability, team effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Consult on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Coach leaders on engagement, development, and accountability.
• Use data and trends to identify risks and improve performance.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated solutions.
