Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Finance Business Partner – Technology to guide financial strategy and investment governance for the Technology organization.

The role partners with the CITO and Technology Leadership to align budgets with business goals and drive value realization across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data initiatives. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and multi-year planning, while ensuring transparent cost allocation and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Finance leadership with executive-level partners.
• Strong FP&A, investment governance, and value realization experience.
• Experience with technology budgets, cloud, FinOps, and cybersecurity investments.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate tech drivers into financial terms.
• Public company finance experience and multi-entity structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Finance Partner to the CITO and Technology Leadership Team.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Technology organization.
• Provide financial leadership on AI investments, cloud strategies, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain investment governance with clear financial analysis and KPI tracking.
• Oversee cost allocation methodologies and vendor management in partnership with other functions.
