Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Director to lead Technology Financial Management, Vendor Strategy, and Cost Optimization. This senior role partners with Technology leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to align technology investments with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the IT organization, while ensuring cost transparency and strong governance across vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, finance, supply chain or related field required.
• 10+ years of leadership in IT financial management, vendor management, strategic sourcing, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large technology budgets and multi-million-dollar vendor portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen and business management capabilities.
• Proven experience negotiating technology contracts and managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT vendor strategy and supplier management programs.
• Oversee annual budget planning, forecasting, and long-range IT financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and governance across the technology portfolio.
• Drive cost transparency, chargeback/showback models, and spend analytics.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Ensure compliance and risk management in vendor engagements.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of finance and vendor professionals.
