Job summary

Sims Limited is seeking a Director of Technology Strategy, Portfolio, Vendors & IT Finance to lead the Office of the CTO and translate business and technology goals into a cohesive, multi-year roadmap and investment portfolio. The role combines strategy, governance, and hands-on execution to drive measurable outcomes across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and major transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a global or complex technology organization.
• Experience across technology strategy, portfolio management, technology financial management, vendor and commercial management, and PMO/Office of the CIO/CTO leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of the CTO and advise the CTO on strategy and execution.
• Translate business and technology strategy into a multi-year roadmap and an integrated investment portfolio.
• Build and operate the technology portfolio process, dashboards and governance packs.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasts, and financial reviews for technology.
• Establish and manage a strategic vendor-management framework and executive vendor relationships.
• Operate governance, performance measurement and executive reporting for the technology function.
