Job summary

PNC is seeking a Technology Engineer to join its SRC organization in multiple US locations, including Phoenix. The role focuses on building and maintaining technology solutions, partnering with development teams and driving automation to improve service reliability.

You will analyze operating metrics, support capacity planning and contribute to design discussions while balancing speed and stability through well-defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification and experience may be considered.
• Experience with design consulting, enterprise architecture and emerging technologies is valued.

Responsibilities

• Leverages technical knowledge to design, build and maintain technology solutions.
• Develops software components and hardware for projects; aligns with business objectives.
• Provides consultation on issues and best practices for junior staff.
• Analyzes client requirements within a traceability framework and resolves functional problems.
• Ensures quality of deliverables and compliance with standards and processes.
