Qualifications

• Experience across infrastructure, capacity management, performance engineering, or SRE, with 3+ years management experience.
• Hands-on technical leader across Windows, Linux, databases and JVM performance analysis.
• Familiar with cloud, containers, virtualization, and observability platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SRE, and DevOps frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end capacity planning and performance engineering across infrastructure and applications.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across OS, database, and app stacks.
• Identify capacity risks and performance bottlenecks with proactive mitigation.
• Lead cost optimization and efficient workload placement.
• Lead root cause analysis and prevention strategies for incidents.
• Partner with Architecture, SRE, DevOps and App teams to influence design and scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with execution excellence.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to executive leadership.
