Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications support and incident response.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux, databases, and basic scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- to intermediate-level technical support for enterprise applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in incident response, triage, and resolution activities.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Support ongoing operational tasks including monitoring and environment checks.
