Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a strategic Technology Enablement Lead to drive IT enablement and training across enterprise software implementations. You will own the training strategy, timelines, and change management to ensure successful system adoption.

You will translate complex ERP, CRM, and HRIS functionality into engaging learning experiences, create materials and simulations, and lead delivery across instructor-led, virtual, video, and self-paced formats. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience creating training content with SAP Enable Now or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear, user-friendly learning materials.
• Experience delivering training through multiple modalities and channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies for enterprise software implementations.
• Create and maintain training materials, simulations, job aids, assessments, and digital content.
• Lead instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training delivery.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to maximize user adoption and business value.
